LMCTV “BEST OF” SPORTS RE-BROADCAST SCHEDULE BEGINS JULY 3

MAMARONECK, New York (June 26, 2015) – LMCTV announces a ten-week, 18-game re-broadcast schedule of games televised during the 2014-2015 academic year at both Mamaroneck and Rye Neck High Schools.
The schedule consists of highlighted games, some of which went down to the final minutes — and final seconds — creating some of the most memorable moments of the year for Panthers and Tigers fans.
The action gets underway the weekend of July 3, with two tight soccer contests from Mamaroneck High School.
The series will wrap up the weekend of September 4 with both ends of Mamaroneck Baseball’s state championship doubleheader. Tiger fans can also relive the baseball team’s thrilling 13-inning win over Arlington in the Section 1 Class AA Semifinal the week prior, August 28.
Mamaroneck fans have another state championship to celebrate as well. The Tigers Field Hockey team takes home the hardware the weekend of July 31.
The fall season’s two best games at Rye Neck will be on display on back-to-back weekends, July 17 and July 24. First, the Black Hats secure their third straight trip to the Section 1 Class C Final with a close defensive-minded win over rival Dobbs Ferry. Then, the Panthers Boys Soccer team needs an extra set of penalty kicks to dispatch Valhalla in the Section 1 Class B Semifinal.
The schedule includes seven Section 1 playoff games and four NYSPHSAA playoff contests, including postseason competition in football, boys soccer, field hockey, boys basketball, ice hockey, girls lacrosse, and baseball.
Fans can watch every game LMC-TV Varsity Sports televised this year on LMCTV’s “Videos on Demand” section online at www.LMCTV.org. Fans can also request DVD copies of all televised games by calling 914-381-2002, ext. 0.
